A method of matching a pushing path on the basis of customer channel usage and a customer differentiation system. The embodiment can provide a dedicated customized service, according to the channel most readily acceptable by the user, on the basis of customer usage preference, and by means of intelligent customer stratification and the customer differentiation system, thereby effectively reducing operation costs of a financial institution, increasing the customer service capability, and realizing the maximum return.
