A high-speed ionic wind self-inhalement type low-temperature plasma air purification device comprises a power supply module (10) releasing high-voltage direct-current electricity, a housing (11) having a support effect, an emitter (12) generating a strong ionizing field, and a dust collector (13) collecting a variety of particles. The emitter (12) comprises one or more needle-shaped conductors (121), and round holes (131) matching the corresponding needle-shaped conductors (121) are formed in the dust collector (13). The one or more needle-shaped conductors (121) on the emitter (12) are led from the power supply module (10) and point to the round holes (131) on the dust collector (13). The power supply module (10) is detachably fixed on the housing (11) or is separated from the housing (11). The emitter (12) and the dust collector (13) form a plasma region under the effect of an enclosed effect. The device has a simple structure, a small size, a high purification speed, and a good air purification effect, and can be used without an auxiliary fan. The porous structure of the dust collector increases the air purification contact area, so that the dust collector has a strong absorption capability. A low-temperature plasma technology is used, electricity consumption is low, and energy saving and mute effect are remarkable.
