COMPOSITION FOR INDUCING BEIGE ADIPOCYTE DIFFERENTIATION CONTAINING EXOSOME EXTRACTED FROM STEM CELLS

The present invention relates to a composition for inducing differentiation into beige adipocytes comprising as an active ingredient an exosome extracted from stem cells which are being differentiated into beige adipocytes; a pharmaceutical composition, a health functional food and a differentiation medium composition comprising the composition; and a method for inducing differentiation into beige adipocytes by using the same. An exosome according to an embodiment of the present invention is excellent in an effect of inducing differentiation from stem cells or white adipocytes into beige adipocytes. An exosome secreted in the process of differentiation of stem cells into beige adipocytes contains a large quantity of genes, proteins and growth factors associated with differentiation, and thus has an excellent ability to induce differentiation into beige adipocytes. In addition, the exosome is safer in the body than conventional differentiation-inducing agents, and thus can effectively transfer factors related to differentiation into cells. Therefore, as a composition for inducing the differentiation of stem cells into beige adipocytes and the transdifferentiation of white adipocytes into beige adipocytes, it is expected that the exosome can be applied as a therapeutic agent for obesity and diabetes in the future.
