The invention relates to a method for determining the influence of an inner test stand (12) on a gas turbine (14) operated in the inner test stand (12), particularly of an aircraft engine. The method allows a separation between state variables of the gas turbine (14) and the inner test stand (12). This separation is made possible by an analysis of the inner test stand (12) and the gas turbine (14) taking into account a thermodynamic model which reflects both the inner test stand (12) and the gas turbine (14). The invention also relates to a computing device for using in such a method.
