The present invention relates to an apparatus for tracing a pollution source, the apparatus comprising: a wind direction and wind velocity sensor (10) provided at the upper part thereof; a ground operation control part (20) connected to the wind direction and wind velocity sensor (10); an on-site continuous collection part (30) which is connected to the operation control part (20) and through which the pollution sources are suctioned; and a sample collection channel pump (50) connected to the on-site continuous collection part (30) so as to allow the same to suction the pollution sources. The present invention sets the angle of a target range in a region at which the pollution sources are generated, distinguishes the direction from which wind is blowing and the direction from which the wind is not blowing, and collects the pollution sources for a predetermined time so as to analyze the same, thereby having a remarkable effect of enabling the quick and accurate analysis of the pollution sources.
