Proposed are a salt of tesofensine with optically-active acetylamino acids, and a method for producing same. The invention also relates to pharmaceutical compositions including a salt of tesofensine with optically-active acylamino acids or, containing active ingredients comprising a salt of (1R,2R,3S)-3-(3,4-dichlorophenyl)-2-(ethoxymethyl)-8-methyl-8-azabicyclo[3.2.1]octane with optically-active acylamino acids in combination with an antihyperglycemic agent selected from a group including: DPP-IV inhibitors (gliptins), biguanides, preferably metformin, or preparations of a 2nd-generation sulfonylurea, preferably glibenclamide or gliclazide, and the application thereof for treating and/or preventing disorders related to excess weight and/or obesity, including in the presence of diabetes mellitus, and also to methods for preventing or treating disorders related to excess weight and/or obesity, including in the presence of diabetes mellitus.
