Said device comprises a medicine box, the medicine box comprising a box body (2), a box cover (1) provided on the box body (2), a display interface (3), control keys (4) and a voice module (5), all being provided on the box body (2), and a hook (9) provided on the rear surface of the box body (2); the box cover (1) is provided with a fastening mechanism, the fastening mechanism comprising a rotary joint (7), a torsion spring (8) and a fastening hook (6), the rotary joint (7) being provided on one end of the box cover (1); said automatic distress alarming device based on Internet of Things ensures, by means of a wireless communication module, that a user performs real-time remote monitoring to the medicine box, improving the degree of intelligence of the medicine box; in an automatic alarming circuit, the device has the characteristics of low power consumption, simple operation, high reliability, etc. by means of the integrated circuit, and is able to monitor the alarming for a long time while reducing the production cost of the device; the device ensures, by means of the co-operative actions of the rotary joint (7) and the torsion spring (8), the automatic opening and closing of the box cover (1), with the box cover (1) being fixed by the fastening hook (6), enhancing the degree of intelligence and the reliability of the device.
