An anti-blue light film (100), having a non-planar structure, protruding toward one or both sides, and forming a uniform arrangement of either a protruding structure or a convex-concave structure, such that light is emitted at different emission angles from at least one side of the anti-blue light film, resulting in little color shift. As incident lights are not subject to significant changes by following an emission angle θ in an optical path in layers of the film, color shift is thereby reduced.
