Disclosed in the present invention are a radio frequency shield box, a power amplifier and a radio frequency shielding method. The radio frequency shield box comprises a shield box body, a first spacer and a second spacer; the shield box further comprises a cavity configured to receive a power amplifier circuit module, the first spacer is disposed within the cavity and divides the cavity into a first chamber and a second chamber, the second spacer and the first spacer are arranged at an angle and are disposed between power amplifier input circuits and output circuits; when in operation, the shield box body and the power amplifier circuit module cooperate with each other, and the power amplifier circuit module is disposed within the shield box body. Employing the aforementioned layout method to improve a shield box can solve the problem in related technologies wherein, when taking into consideration both the basic performance of the radio frequency shield box and having low circuit influence, the size of radio frequency shield box cannot be minimized. The present invention is capable of achieving both good performance and stability for the radio frequency shield box, and at the same time achieving a minimized size for the radio frequency shield box.
