The method comprises: acquiring, according to a delivery request for value-added service information items, a candidate set of value-added service information items; calculating, on the basis of service feature information of each value-added service information item and a value-added service information model, a corresponding charging coefficient; calculating, according to the charging coefficient, an eCPM; writing, according to extracted service feature information, data to a general dimension set to obtain a dimension set of the value-added service information item; querying, according to the charging type of the value-added service information item, a mapping relationship between dimension sets and eCPM correction coefficients, and obtaining an eCPM correction coefficient mapped to the dimension set of the value-added service information item; and applying the eCPM correction coefficient to an eCPM correction formula to obtain a corrected eCPM of each value-added service information item, performing sorting according to the corrected eCPMs obtained from calculation, and pushing the sorted value-added service information items. The method can improve the efficiency of pushing value-added service information items.
