The present invention belongs to the field of intelligent seats. A sitting posture measuring device, an intelligent cushion and an intelligent seat are disclosed. The sitting posture measuring device comprises two fiber optic sensors (11, 21, 31); a signal processing unit (12) electrically connected to the two fiber optic sensors (11, 21, 31) respectively; and a power supply unit (13) electrically connected to the signal processing unit (12). The sitting posture measuring device further comprises a prompting unit (14) and/or a wireless communications unit (15) electrically connected to the signal processing unit (12). The two fiber optic sensors (11, 21, 31) are configured from left to right or from front to back, respectively. The fiber optic sensors (11, 21, 31) detect changes in optical signals generated from changes in surface pressure on the sensors, and the signal processing unit (12) analyzes a sitting posture of a user on the basis of changes in optical signals generated from changes detected by the fiber optic sensors (11, 21, 31) in surface pressure on the sensors. The sitting posture measuring device features sound design and performance, low cost, good implantability and wide application, and can be conveniently implanted in chairs, sofas and cushions and also has application in chairs without legs.
