Disclosed is an improved disposable adjustable-puncture-depth safe blood-taking needle, comprising a shell (1), a needle core (3), a spring (4) and a pushing device (5), characterized in that a regulating ring (10) used for regulating the puncture depth is arranged at the front end of the shell (1), the regulating ring (10) is sleeved in clearance-fit with the outer side of the head of the pushing device (5), the regulating ring (10) and the shell (1) are rotatably connected in the circumferential direction and are fixedly connected in the axial direction, and a rotating positioning structure is arranged between the regulating ring (10) and the shell (1); and a rotating step surface (12) or a rotating inclined surface is arranged on the inner wall of the regulating ring (10), and when the regulating ring (10) rotates to be positioned in different positioning positions, the rotating step surface (12) or the rotating inclined surface comes into contact with a collision surface (13) of the needle core (3) in different axial positions, so as to change the needle point puncture depth. According to the improved disposable adjustable-puncture-depth safe blood-taking needle, the original mode of connecting the regulating component to the pushing device (5) is changed to the mode of connecting the regulating component to the shell (1), and at this time, the rotating regulating component is irrelevant to the pushing device (5), so that mistaken emissions cannot be caused. The improved disposable adjustable-puncture-depth safe blood-taking needle essentially and fundamentally solves the problem of product waste caused by mistaken emissions being easily generated during the regulating head rotation in the prior art.
