The system of the invention comprises of a sinus implant (1) designed in such manner to enable overlapping of two cylindrical structure of different diameters, and application apparatus developed for the steps during implementation of said sinus implant (1). The application apparatus mentioned herein comprises a drill (2) that drills the sinus bottom and a port graft (3) that supplies graft to the area where the sinus implant (1) will be applied for formation of bony tissue.
