Provided are a motor (20), and a power device (100) and an unmanned aerial vehicle comprising the motor (20). The motor (20) comprises a mounting base (21), a stator assembly (22), a rotor assembly (23), a rotating shaft (24), a rolling bearing (25), and a sealing means (26). The mounting base (21) is provided with a receiving hole (211). The rolling bearing (25) is received in the receiving hole (211). The rolling bearing (25) comprises an inner ring (251) and an outer ring (252) disposed coaxially. The rotating shaft (24) is connected to the rotor assembly (23), and one end of the rotating shaft (24) is inserted into the receiving hole (211) and connected to the inner ring (251) of the rolling bearing (25). The stator assembly (22) is fastened on the mounting base (21) and connected to the outer ring (252) of the rolling bearing (25). The receiving hole (211) is filled with a conductive grease. The sealing means (26) is disposed at the opening of the receiving hole (211) and used for sealing the conductive grease in the receiving hole (211). According to the motor (20) of the present invention, by adding a conductive grease to the rolling bearing (25) to connect the inner ring and outer ring of the rolling bearing (25), the shaft current can be reduced, thereby reducing the aging rate of the rolling bearing (25); moreover, electromagnetic interference can be reduced, thereby reducing the influence on the surroundings.
