A wearable 12-lead electrocardiograph (10), comprising a wearable body (1), an electrode interface (3), twelve electrocardio pole pieces (4), lead wires (5) and an electrocardio analysis unit (13), wherein one electrocardio pole piece (4) is provided on the back of the wearable body (1), and the other eleven electrocardio pole pieces (4) are connected together through the lead wires (5) and are connected to the electrode interface (3); the electrode interface (3) is connected to the electrocardio analysis unit (13); the electrocardio analysis unit (13) is provided inside the wearable body (1); each electrocardio pole piece (4) collects an electrocardio signal of a detected person and sends the collected electrocardio signal to the electrode interface (3) through the lead wires (5); and the electrocardio analysis unit (13) acquires the electrocardio signal from the electrode interface (3) and converts same into an electrocardiogram of the detected person.The wearable 12-lead electrocardiograph (10) not only improves the accuracy of an electrocardio detection result, but is small in size and thus is convenient to carry and be used by a detected person anywhere and any time and is simple and convenient to operate.
