A method for producing a rice seedling raising fertilizer/starter fertilizer combined tray, comprising the following steps: (1) beating straw pulp, the freeness being controlled within 40-45 °SR, the wet weight being 3.0-3.5 g; (2) mixing an organic fertilizer and the straw pulp according to a weight ratio of 8:2, and then adding cornstarch, a paper wet-strength agent, and a paper water-proofing and damp-proofing agent; (3) injecting the materials in step (2) to a tray mold for shaping; and (4) spaying a seedling raising fertilizer on the surface of the shaped tray, and drying same to obtain a rice seedling raising fertilizer/baser fertilizer combined tray. The method features easy operations as well as small investment and quick effect, and achieves the combination of a seedling raising fertilizer and a starter fertilizer in a seedling raising tray, and cyclical rice-straw-rice production.
