摘要

The present invention is provided with a function/step for recording marker position data and proton beam irradiation data. The marker position data include position information of a marker 29 measured for moving body tracking irradiation and information of the time at which X-ray imaging is performed. The proton beam irradiation data include information of the time each spot is irradiated, an actual irradiation position, and an actual radiation dose. The marker position data and the proton beam irradiation data are synchronized on the basis of the time information, and an actual dose distribution of proton beam irradiation is calculated using the proton beam irradiation data and the marker position data for the time of spot irradiation. The effect of interactions can thereby be taken into account, and it is thereby possible to assist in making a more appropriate determination during review of a treatment plan.
