Disclosed are a PTT communication hands-free, and a PTT communication system and method using the same. An embodiment of the present invention provides a PTT communication hands-free, and a PTT communication system and method using the same, the PTT communication system comprising: a mobile terminal for performing a voice call service and a push-to-talk (PTT) communication service with an external terminal; and a hands-free connected by wire to the mobile terminal to transmit an input voice signal to the mobile terminal or output a voice signal of the external terminal received from the mobile terminal, and generating a pressure-application signal and transmitting the pressure-application signal to the mobile terminal when pressure from an outside is applied to the hands-free, wherein the mobile terminal performs one of the voice call service and the PTT communication service on the basis of the received pressure-application signal. By the present invention, even in a standby state where a screen of the mobile terminal is turned off, a PTT communication service can be performed using the hands-free connected to the mobile terminal. Further, the present invention can prevent the mobile terminal from being switched to a voice recognition service and allows the mobile terminal to easily and conveniently perform a PTT communication service.
