Some demonstrative embodiments include devices, systems and/or methods of selectively updating key information of a secured Wireless Local Area Network (WLAN) connection between a User Equipment (UE) and a WLAN Access Point (AP). For example, an Evolved Node B (eNB) may be configured to control selective transfer of first key information from the eNB to a UE and second key information from the eNB to a WLAN AP, and to select to defer transferring of the first key information to the UE and the second key information to the WLAN AP, when an active Long-Term-Evolution (LTE) WLAN Aggregation (LWA) session of the UE is ongoing via the WLAN AP.
