A numerical control machine tool for fully-automatic loading and unloading using a manipulator, comprising: a numerical control machine tool main body (1), and a rack, an air suction platform (4) and a manipulator (2) provided separately on the numerical control machine tool main body (1); and the numerical control machine tool further comprising a operation driving mechanism electrically connected to the numerical control machine tool main body (1) and the manipulator (2), respectively. The manipulator (2) is used for moving, under the driving of the operation driving mechanism, the products to be processed on the rack, along a first preset moving path, to the air suction platform (4), so that the products are sucked by the air suction platform; the numerical control machine tool main body (1) is used for processing, under the driving of the operation driving mechanism, the products to be processed, being sucked on the air suction platform (4), so as to obtain the final products; and the manipulator (2) is also used for moving, along a second moving path, the final products to the rack. The described processes of moving and processing the products are both completed by means of the cooperation of the parts such as the numerical control machine tool main body (1) and the manipulator (2), without manual operation.
