A recombined wooden board using a polyimide-modified polyurethane adhesive and a preparation method therefor, relating to the technical field of wooden floor production. Fiber strips are bonded by means of an adhesive and pressed into a recombined wooden core board. A paint layer is provided on the surface of the recombined wooden core board, and side tenons and side grooves are provided on side surfaces of the recombined wooden core board. The adhesive is prepared from the following raw materials in parts by weight: 5-20 parts of polyisocyanate, 1-10 parts of polyanhydride, 30-50 parts of polyalcohol, 20-50 parts of a plasticizer, 0.02-0.20 part of a catalyst, 0.5-3 parts of a defoaming agent, 0.02-0.20 part of a dewatering agent, 0.02-0.5 part of a coupling agent, and 0.02-0.20 part of an antioxidant. By using the recombined wooded board, a waste of wood can be effectively reduced, wood resources are saved, and excellent economic benefits are achieved. In addition, by using the adhesive, the mechanical properties and high temperature resistance of wooden floors can be effectively improved.
