An apical implantation mitral valve balloon closure plate blocking body and an implantation method, belonging to the technical field of human heart repair. A balloon closure plate (7) made from an elastic plastic material which may be filled with a gas or a curable liquid is implanted via a small incision on the left side of the chest, enters the left ventricle (3) via the apex (4), and is placed and fixed at a backflow hole position of a front and rear leaflet closure point (5) of the mitral valve (2). During diastole, the mitral valve (2) opens, and blood flows from the left atrium (1) to the left ventricle (3) via two channels between the front and rear leaflets (2.2, 2.3) and the balloon closure plate (7). During systole, the front and rear leaflets (2.2, 2.3) close, and the edges of the leaflets and the balloon closure plate (7) fit tightly together, thereby blocking a backflow channel of the mitral valve (2), and effectively preventing backflow of the mitral valve (2). The balloon closure plate blocking body is simple in structure and highly reliable, the implantation method causes little bodily trauma, and the residual backflow rate is low. The present invention treats diseases such as functional mitral valve regurgitation, and the success rate for repairing functional mitral valve backflow is more than 90%.
