A remote-controlled orthopedic screw disinfection box and an orthopedic screw disinfection method. The orthopedic screw disinfection box comprises a box body (1), an electric transparent push-pull cover (2), a first screw clamping plate (5), and a second screw clamping plate (6); screw clamping holes (7) that mutually correspond to each other are respectively formed on the clamping plates (5, 6); and four right-angle fan-shaped elastic limiting pieces (8) are arranged in each screw clamping hole (7), and a screw inserting port (9) is formed in a junction position of vertex angles of the four right-angle fan-shaped elastic limiting pieces (8). An electric transparent pull-out screw storage groove (12) is arranged on one side of the box body (1); a bottom bin (14) is arranged at the bottom of the box body (1); electric lifting column mounting bins (15) are arranged in the bottom bin (14); and an electric lifting column (16) is arranged in each mounting bin (15). Timers (10), indicator lights (11), and electric lifting column switches (17) are arranged on the electric transparent push-pull cover (2). The disinfection box also comprises a remote control arrangement. The orthopedic screw disinfection box can be used for accommodation of different specifications of orthopedic screws, and has a disinfection timing function.
