A heat-storage and energy-saving integrated board for electric floor heating, comprising a board (1). A junction box (2) is disposed on the board (1); the board (1) comprises a glass fiber cloth layer (3), a heating source (4), a phase change energy storage layer (5), and a heat preservation layer (6); the outer surface of the heat preservation layer (6) and the side surfaces of the board (1) each are bonded with a reflective film (7). Regarding the provided heat-storage and energy-saving integrated board, the board (1) can be manufactured in advance and then transported to a construction site for direct mounting, thereby significantly improving the construction efficiency and reducing the construction costs. In addition, the provided phase change energy storage layer (5) can efficiently achieve the energy saving and storage effect, and thus reduce the use costs.
