Disclosed in the present invention is a noninvasive detection method for screening healthily-growing blastulas. A DNA methylation profile of a small quantity of trophoblastic cells in blastulas is detected, the average level of the methylation and the methylation pattern of embryos with good morphology in a Gardner morphological blastulas grading process are used as standards for screening healthily-growing blastulas, and embryos well grow and are more suitable for being implanted to a maternal body when the methylation level of the trophoblastic cells of the blastulas to be detected approaches the methylation level or state of the good embryos; and a methylation sequencing result is analyzed to determine whether a chromosome is abnormal, so as to directly remove chromosome-abnormal embryos.
