The present invention relates to a fabric heating element having a coating layer of a functional coating agent which comprises powder of ores including pegmatite, biotite, tourmaline, and apatite pulverized to a size of 3,000-5,000 mesh, a heating curtain comprising the same, and a preparation method thereof. The fabric heating element has two fabrics sewed together and a carbon heating line fixed therein. The functional coating agent is applied to the fabrics or polyester filaments to form a coating layer and thus, the heat generated from the carbon heating line incites the ore powder to increase the emission of far-infrared rays and anions destructive of airborne harmful materials, fine dust, odor, viruses, etc. Hence, the present invention is beneficial to health improvement as well as having a heating effect.
