A ternary-system fluid intersolubility determining method and determining system therefor. The ternary-system fluid intersolubility determining method comprises the following steps: step 1, injecting fluids to be determined into an interdissolution kettle (7) respectively; step 2, dissolving the fluids at a constant temperature under a constant pressure; step 3, under the condition that the pressure and temperature in the interdissolution kettle (7) are maintained unchanged, sampling at a roughly constant temperature under a roughly constant pressure; and step 4, collecting the sampled fluids and respectively determining the dissolved amount of the fluids to be determined. The determining method can truly measure the ternary-system fluid intersolubility.
