The invention relates to a mobile phone conforming to the QI standard and supporting wireless charging, comprising: a QI chip module; a coil; and a mobile phone body. The coil and the mobile phone body are respectively connected to the QI chip module. The QI chip module comprises a QI chip integrated with a synchronous full bridge rectifier therein. The synchronous full bridge rectifier is used to convert an AC voltage to a DC voltage. The QI chip is connected to the coil to convert a wireless charging signal received by the coil to an electric current and to transmit the electric current to the mobile phone body. The QI chip module enables wireless charging of the invention by a QI wireless charger available on the market, thereby enhancing compatibility. The QI chip is integrated with a high efficiency synchronous full bridge rectifier therein to perform rectification processing on a current to be converted, such that high current conversion efficiency and low heat generation are achieved, thereby significantly increasing wireless charging efficiency, reducing power loss during a charging process, and saving sources.
