[Problem] To cover a wide area around the head and the like with a single wind/cold protector and reduce unwanted twisting and gaps when worn. [Solution] Twists (a multiple of 360°) are added to a band to increase the coverage thereof when worn, without unwanted twisting being created when worn, allowing the material to be worn in tight body contact without gaps and thereby improving tightness and heat retention.
