Disclosed is a method for setting NUMA domains in a computer system of a complex topological structure. The method comprises: setting a weight for each link in system topology; calculating a distance between actual physical nodes by means of accumulation; and calculating a distance between logical nodes by means of a node corresponding table. In this way, a distance between NUMA domains is accurately set. By means of the method of the present invention, a distance between various NUMA domains can be calculated more accurately, and the purpose of optimizing a system performance can be achieved.
