The present invention relates to an apparatus for measuring moisture of a solid sample, a method for measuring a moisture content of a solid sample, and a method for analyzing an imidization ratio and, more specifically, to an apparatus for measuring moisture of a solid sample, a method for measuring a moisture content of a solid sample, and a method for analyzing an imidization ratio, wherein, in the method for analyzing an imidization ratio of a solid sample, a Karl-Fischer apparatus capable of selectively detecting only the moisture content of the solid sample is used to detect the moisture content of the solid sample at a particular temperature and the detected moisture content is used to calculate the imidization ratio of the solid sample. In addition, the present invention relates to an apparatus for measuring moisture of a solid sample, a method for measuring a moisture content of a solid sample, and a method for analyzing an imidization ratio, wherein an accurate moisture content in the solid sample can be measured by raising the temperature of a furnace unit to a high temperature and the degradation of an O-ring part at a high temperature can be prevented by separately forming a cooling unit for cooling only the O-ring part.
