A miniature photoelectric composite cable for transmitting high-definition video signals, comprising an optical fibre unit in a flat structure and an electric unit in a circular structure. The optical fibre unit and the electric unit are arranged side by side. The optical fibre unit comprises an optical fibre (5) constituted by multi-core optical fibres, a reinforcement layer (6) and an optical protecting jacket (4). The electric unit comprises a multi-core cable (3), a wrapping tape (2) and an electric protecting jacket (1). The wrapping tape (2) is coated over the multi-core cable (3). By means of a structural design combining a flat shape and a circular shape, the photoelectric composite cable has advantages of having a small size and good bending performance and having passed the authentication of the highest UL level, namely, CMP level, etc. Moreover, by realising photoelectric conversion with a photoelectric conversion module, a transmission distance and a transmission rate of video signals are improved.
