In the present invention, poly(gamma-glutamic acid), which is a hydrophilic polymer, is simply mixed with a hydrogel-forming hyaluronic acid, or a temperature-sensitive polymer, Pluronic, to form a hydrogel which is more stable in aqueous solutions than conventional hydrogels. Since the hydrogel of the present invention forms a gel due to the physicochemical properties of the polymer without a chemical cross linking reaction, the preparation of the hydrogel is very simple and the prepared hydrogel is easy to use in living organisms. The stability of the hydrogel can be controlled by controlling the molecular weight and concentration of the poly(gamma-glutamic acid) included in the hydrogel.
