The present invention relates to a reel device for supplying a wire filler metal and TIG welding equipment with the same. According to an embodiment of the present invention, presented is a reel device for supplying a wire filler metal including: a reel body; multiple partitioning plates vertically protruding from an outer circumference of the reel body, partitioning the outer circumference of the reel body in multiple rows, and forming a winding groove where the wire filler metal with a rectangular cross section is wound in a row in each partitioned area; a supply line aligning unit installed in one side of the reel body and aligning a central line of the wire filler metal within a supply standard line range by moving the reel body in an axial direction to prevent the central line of the wire filler metal unwound from each winding groove from being out of the supply standard line range when the wire filler metal is unwound successively from the adjoining winding grooves.
