In the present invention, disclosed is a direct current (DC)-direct current (DC) converter which can accurately control a voltage between first and second terminals of a flying capacitor. According to the present invention, the DC-DC converter comprises: a power switching unit including a plurality of power switches and the flying capacitor; and an indirect sensing circuit for generating first and second sensing output voltages to enable a summation voltage for adding a voltage of the second terminal and a fractional voltage of an input voltage to be the same with a voltage of the first terminal when controlling the voltage between the first and second terminals of the flying capacitor to be the fractional voltage of the input voltage.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2016
