The present invention relates to a spine lumbar spinous process fixing device. According to the present invention, a spine lumbar spinous process fixing device for connecting a gap between at least two lumbar spinous processes comprises: a first plate located in one surface of a spinous process while passing through a procedure hole formed in a single spinous process of two spinous processes; a second plate for forming a combining relation by being combined with the first plate in the other surface of the spinous process; a fourth plate located on one surface of the spinous process while passing through a procedure hole formed in the other spinous process; a third plate for forming a combining relation by being combined with the fourth plate in the other surface of the spinous process through which the fourth plate is passing; and an elastic supporting part for connecting the fastening surface of the first plate to the third plate collinearly located in the fastening surface to elastically support a node between spinous processes. The present invention has the advantage of further easily connecting spine lumbar spinous processes to elastically supporting the same.
