The present invention relates to a Norovirus detection method using animal models of Norovirus; to a screening method of an antiviral agent against Norovirus; and to a composition including concanavalin A as an active ingredient to neutralize the infectivity of an enteric virus. According to the present invention, the Norovirus detection method can screen infectious Norovirus and non-infectious Norovirus, and the composition can neutralize the infectivity of a food poisoning virus. The Norovirus detection method comprises the following steps: (a) injecting Norovirus into zebra fish (Danio rerio); and (b) detecting the expression rate of a gene or protein selected from the group consisting of Heat Shock Protein 90 (HSP90), Heat Shock cognate 71 (HSC71), and Transferrin receptor-1b (Tfr-1b), in the zebra fish obtained in the step (a).
