The present invention relates to a gear device, and more specifically, to a cycloid gear motor for a robot joint for improving durability and reducing noise and vibration. The cycloid gear motor for a robot joint for improving durability and reducing noise and vibration comprises: a shaft body having an eccentric unit coaxially rotated with a drive shaft, whose axial line is misaligned with an axial line of the drive shaft; an inner gear unit and a bearing unit coaxial with the drive shaft; an outer gear unit which is rotatably supported on a solar inner gear forming a fixing shaft and the eccentric unit, has an outer gear with a fewer number of teeth than a number of teeth of a plurality of inner gears of the inner gear, and is meshed with the inner gear; an output shaft unit coaxial with the outer gear unit rotatably supported on the bearing unit; and a planetary gear to revolve around an axial line inclined with respect to the axial line of the drive shaft to maintain a meshed state of the inner gear unit and the outer gear unit by a movement of the eccentric unit accompanied by rotation of the shaft body.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2016
