The present invention relates to an induction heating type heat treatment device to heat an Al-Si coating layer-formed chassis frame, and a heat treatment method using the same. The disclosed heat treatment device comprises: a base frame; a first conveyer transferring and guiding the chassis frame; a first guide device fixating the chassis frame or moving the chassis frame backwards; a pre-heating device heating the chassis frame to a temperature range of 650C; a second guide device fixating the chassis frame, and moving the chassis frame backwards; a main heating device heating the chassis frame to a temperature range of 950C; a third guide device fixating the chassis frame, and moving the chassis frame backwards; a cooling device rapidly cooling the chassis frame; and a second conveyer transferring the chassis frame to a next process. The Al-Si coating layer of the chassis frame is effectively heat-treated without being damaged through primary heating and secondary heating using the heat treatment device.
