According to one aspect of the present invention, a thermally-curable composite resin comprises the components of (A) novolac-based epoxy resin; (B) a solid bisphenol A-type epoxy; (C) a liquid bisphenol A-type epoxy; (D); a curing agent using dicyanediamide (DICY); (E) aromatic urea (DCMU); and (F) a curing accelerator using a substituted urea. According to another aspect of the present invention, a method of producing a resin film using the composition of claim 1 comprises the steps of: melting and stirring solid, semi-solid, and liquid epoxy compositions to form a film-type intermediate (S10); feeding and laminating the intermediate and carbon fibers to form a resin film (S20); and winding the resin film (S30). Accordingly, by using a curing system without using an autoclave to produce thermally-curable composite resin compositions and resin films thereof, the present invention has the effect of achieving environmental compatibility and cost-effectiveness.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2016
