Disclosed are a method and system for determining parameters and distributing transmission power in a block adaptive modulation and coding (AMC) environment based on a multiple input and multiple output orthogonal frequency division multiplexing (MIMO-OFDM) scheme. A method, which is for determining parameters and distributing transmission power in the MIMO-OFDM-based block AMC environment, includes the steps of: estimating a channel state on a reception end through data received from a transmission end through wireless communication; transmitting the channel information obtained by estimating the channel state on the reception end to the transmission end by using wireless communication and through feedback; determining parameters in a channel state information at the transmitter (CSIT) environment through an algorithm through the channel information on the transmission end; generating the next transmission data by using the parameters on the transmission end; and transmitting the data from the transmission end to the reception end by using wireless communication.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2016
