The present invention relates to an electric power supply device for a floating fish cage and a floating fish cage including the same. The present invention includes: a barge having buoyancy and having a placement space into which the water does not flow; an electric power generation unit disposed in the placement space; a discharge pipe connecting the placement space to the outside of the barge; and an inflow pipe connecting the placement space to the outside of the barge.
