The present invention relates to a cosmetic composition with excellent volume-creating, curling, and curl-maintaining functions. More specifically, the present invention relates to a cosmetic composition with improved volume-creating, curling, and curl-maintaining functions owing to firm multi-layered film formation by applying an acrylate-based copolymer aqueous solution at an optimum ratio.
