The present invention relates to a method to measure a cumulative gamma-ray exposure dose on online, capable of easily understanding a malfunction time and part of an electronic circuit module, and an apparatus thereof. According to the present invention, the method comprises the following steps of: applying current to an electronic circuit module including a plurality of active devices and radiating gamma-ray with a constant dose rage; measuring a distribution of heat radiated from the electronic circuit module to analyze a position of the passive devices in the electronic circuit module; measuring the distribution of the heat radiated from the electronic circuit module in a constant time unit, and analyzing a measured heat distribution to discriminate a malfunctioned active device among the active devices; and multiplying a time when the malfunctioned active device is discriminated by the dose rate to calculate a cumulative gamma ray exposure dose of the electronic circuit module.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2016
