The present invention relates to a biomarker using micro RNAs for detecting whether silver nanoparticles (Ag NPs) are exposed, and to a method for detecting neurotoxicity using the same. More particularly, six types of micro RNAs which are highly expressed in nerve cells under the exposure of Ag NPs, and five types of micro RNAs which are lowly expressed in the nerve cells under Ag NPs exposure are selected, and are usefully used as a biomarker for monitoring Ag NPs and determining riskiness. Also, the biomarker can be used as a tool to investigate mechanism of exhibiting neurotoxicity caused by Ag NPs.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2016
