Disclosed are a stand-alone mattress and a bed including the same. The stand-alone mattress of the present invention comprises: a cushion layer which is elastically deformed when the weight is applied; a frame disposed at a lower end portion of the cushion layer; a cover which surrounds the cushion layer and the frame; and a plurality of leg portions which support the frame against the ground. According to the present invention, the stand-alone mattress: prevents noise from being generated even when a user tosses and turns, or moves thereon; significantly increases the cost portion of a cushion material, which directly affects convenience and actually distributes the weight of a human body, among the entire manufacturing costs; and is prevented from becoming contaminated due to dust on the floor or spilt beverage even when being used without purchasing a separate bed frame.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2016
