The present invention provides a soil paving method using a soil paving composition, and a soil paving composition comprising: 52-74 wt% of weathered granite soil; 8-15 wt% of blast furnace slag fine powder; 8-15 wt% of flyash; and 10-18 wt% of an alkali active agent. Therefore, cement is not mixed, and an industrial byproduct and an inorganic binder are mixed to be environmentally friendly and reduce a carbon emission amount. Moreover, the present invention has excellent weatherability, repairability, durability, and long-term stability to effectively act as a road and a sidewalk and has economic efficiency.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2016
