Provided are a Jeong-nang block mobile robot and a Jeong-nang block drone. A block moving device according to an embodiment of the present invention comprises: a driving unit which moves or rotates the block moving device; a light emitting unit which is arranged as a Jeong-nang type; and a control unit which controls light emission of the light emitting unit and controls movement and rotation performed by the driving unit. Thus, by using a mobile robot and a drone that operate using a Jeong-nang communication technique having ancestors′ wisdom, the present invention can arouse fun and interest of users and provide educational effects.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2016
