The purpose of the present invention is to obtain energy by causing rotation through gravity and gravitomagnetic force. A weight is installed in both directions of a central plate, rotated around a central axis (10), to freely move along a plurality of linear load guides installed towards the central axis. A curve load guide, comprising a straight line, a circular arc, and an easement curve, is installed on the outer side surface to enable the weight to move along the curve load guide.
