The present invention relates to a submerged floating tunnel structure having a marine wind power generation tower in which the marine wind power generation tower is installed to be normal outside a tunnel main body, which is installed to float underground, to generate power by wind, a transmission cable for transmitting generated electricity can be easily installed, a user can easily enter into the tunnel structure, and a path for a quick escape from the tunnel structure is provided in case of an emergency situation. The submerged floating tunnel structure according to the present invention comprises: a tower structure body (10); and a power generation turbine (11) which is installed on top of the tower structure body (10) to be rotated to by wind to generate power, wherein a bottom of the tower structure (10) is installed to be fixed normally on the tunnel main body (101). Therefore, there is provided a submerged floating tunnel structure including a marine wind power generation tower (1) which places the power generation turbine (11) on a water surface to generate power by wind.
